In order to achieve the our Ambulancemed EOW GROUP COMPANY Trust’s mission, the quality system described in the quality manual outlines the procedures ambulance stations, income generation businesses and support services operate. Our company Ambulancemed EOW  trust implements and maintains such procedures to ensure that quality in all aspects of service operations meets patient and customer requirements and the criteria described in ISO EN.1789 also European standards. The quality system and procedures clearly state the commitment and responsibilities of all personnel to manage and deliver a high quality service, a process which carries the full authority of the Chief Executive.

A Trust Assurance Committee, chaired by the Director of Financial and Performance, will review the effectiveness of the quality system annually to ensure that the system meets the objectives of the service. Formal service procedures are available at all locations to ensure that service quality is maintained to patient and customer requirements. As Ambulancemed EOW company, documentation is updated in accordance with an agreed document control procedure described in the quality manual and local site procedures manual. This process ensures the continuous involvement of staff in the development of the service. The Board recognizes  the need for continuous training, environment and assessment of staff training needs, to maintain the high standards required by patients and customers.  As our company Ambulancemed EOW  therefore encourages all staff to utilize and develop their skills and abilities in support of the Quality Policy through the quality improvement and training process.
