We are also proud to present to you that our Mobile Health Vehicles are a platform supported by the United Nations.As Ambulancemed EOW group company, we make great efforts to serve our customers in the best facilities and on the best terms. Due to the recent and still ongoing pandemic, we are providing our products to you with precision and care in terms of health and in providing this service.

As Ambulancemed EOW group, we are expanding our equipment and vehicles consisting of the comfortable and best technologies that we provide for you no matter what conditions are in worldwide.

Our Mobile Health Vehicles are  high-quality mobile health vehicle’s floor, ceiling, side panel coverings, and cupboards are manufactured with special materials convenient for vehicle modification  therewithal our  medical devices and equipment designed

In our Mobile health vehicles consist of a total of 8 vehicles, each equipped with different equipment for health solutions. Mobile surgery equipment, mobile operating room equipment, sterilization equipment, diagnostic equipment, x-ray equipment, mammography and many other health equipment such as functionally equipped.

And therewithal Our  Mobile Health Vehicle is equipped with 15 KW generator, UPS and illumination lamps operated with external mains power and can give 220 V outside.

Health workers also played an active role in the production of  our Mobile Health Vehicle project for export to Yemen and the installation, location and materials used for each equipment were evaluated according to health criteria. All equipment used are approved by the Ministry of Health and comply with health criteria. When we examine the general characteristics of the vehicles designed for 3 categories and 3 different purposes;

1- Emergency – general surgery – operating room and post op (postoperative)

2- X-ray – Laboratory – Pharmacy – Internal medicine policlinics

3- X-ray – Laboratory – Pharmacy

         – Polyclinic / children-ENT

         – Polyclinic / Gynecology – Orthopedic – General surgery

4 – Industrial Screening Hearing Test

5 – Respiratory Function Test

6 – Taking samples for blood tests

-The following examinations are carried out in our simple service laboratory on the samples taken;

Non-automated urine analysis with reagents in the form of strips or tablets

– Hidden blood in the feces

– Blood glucose (with glucose monitoring devices specifically approved for home use)

– Hemoglobin (with non-automatic techniques or simple devices that give a direct result)

As group of we provide all periodic inspection services within the scope of the laws and regulations related to our fully equipped mobile health vehicles.

The main disadvantage of the prototype is the inability to carry out X-ray diagnostic measures when providing qualified and specialized medical care to the wounded in wartime and victims of natural disasters, accidents and disasters of peacetime in the field.

The disadvantages of the prototype are also that there is no automation and prompt receipt of radiographs in the field. Today, chemical and photographic processing of X-ray film in field photo labs is done manually using tanks and cuvettes. Processing of one sheet of film, including development, fixing and washing, takes at least 30 minutes. Taking into account drying, it is even larger. The number of simultaneously processed films is small, and the quality of the resulting radiographs largely depends on the time and temperature conditions of processing. The high labor intensity of the process and its low automation is largely explained by the low throughput of field photo labs. On the flip side, the low reliability of the electric X-ray machines available in the supply, as well as the low mechanical and thermal strength of selenium plates, does not allow us to abandon film X-ray now.

Moreover, in our Mobile Health Vehicles are  the brightness of the glow of the screen of the X-ray machine with radiation loads acceptable from the point of view of safety is small, it is only 0.01 cd / m2, therefore, X-ray is ineffective. If, at normal image brightness, details with a contrast of 2-3% are easily detected, then the minimum distinguishable contrast is 10-12%. Therefore, in his desire to improve the quality of diagnostics, the radiologist is forced to increase the current strength, and consequently, the radiation dose of the wounded. As a result, it is necessary to increase the information content of images and reduce radiation loads based on the use of promising radiographs.

As group of Ambulancemed EOW, our a mobile health vehicle contains van bodies with an air purification and ventilation system, divided by partitions into compartments with medical equipment installed in them, a 1K23 air conditioner with a control panel and an air duct, heater control devices and a filter ventilation unit, a linear input for connecting communication cables, control and monitoring during vehicle operation, an intercom device, fire extinguishers and tools, TA-57 telephones, pads and sockets for connecting devices to the 220V network are fixed on the walls, and outside the van bodies there is a heating and ventilation unit of the OV-65 type, a filter ventilation unit of the FVU-100N-12 type, fuel tanks and batteries.
