X-ray Room Walls | Lead metal sheets commonly used in x-ray room walls for radiation shielding are designed with specific technical specifications to ensure effective protection against ionizing radiation. These sheets typically range in thickness from 1/32 inch (approximately 0.8 mm) to 1/4 inch (approximately 6.4 mm), depending on the required level of radiation attenuation, with thicker sheets providing greater protection.
