Mobile X-Ray Vehicle

There are two water tanks, 100 liters each, for clean and dirty water separately. The water coming from the tank distributed in the vehicle by a hydrophore. Also, it is provided that hot water flows in the vehicle. There is a silent type 10 Kva generator with gasoline in the technical room. In fact, it can be mounted out of the vehicle if requested.

Mobile X-Ray Vehicle

Mobile x-ray vehicle donated with the equipment that takes digital views. The vehicle consists of four main sections that

  • x-ray room,
  • x-ray checking room,
  • laboratory examination room,
  • and technical room.

The box of the mobile x-ray coated with polyurethane sandwich panels. Furthermore, we seal the external surface entirely with silicon material, offering both sound and heat insulation. The materials used in the vehicle are fireproof. It is determined three glasses in total on the box. The vehicle has two doors.

The X-ray room

There is an x-ray device placed in the room. It conveys the display taken from the patient to the examination room.  Also, there is a generator of x-ray in the room. It is placed a snail type air-conditioner on the ceiling and the ground.  There is a red lamp operates during the x-ray shoot placed out of the x-ray room.

The external walls of the x-ray room completely covered with bullet material. The health employee staying out of the room protected against the detrimental ions coming from the device by that insulation. The radiation amount on the outer layer of the door doesn’t cross over 2.8 MSV/s. The door of the room is designed as a sliding type and coated with the bullet the same as the doors. A radiation-retarding glass determined in the middle of the door.

There is an air-conditioner having split feature in the room.

Technical room

There are two water tanks, 100 liters each, for clean and dirty water separately. The water coming from the tank distributed in the vehicle by a hydrophore. Also, it is provided that hot water flows in the vehicle. There is a silent type 10 Kva generator with gasoline in the technical room. In fact, it can be mounted out of the vehicle if requested.

There is a window within the x-ray room and controlling room in order to enable the communication between these two. The radiation amount on the outer layer of the window doesn’t cross over 2.8 MSV/s. There is a visual communication system in the examination and x-ray room in order to enable communication among these two.

There is an air-conditioner in the room. It presents requiring estrangement to the system.

Mobile X-Ray Vehicle Examination Room

The room contains a doctor’s seat, an examination seat, a computer, and a sink with hot and cold water. The technical room manages clean and dirty water. The room also includes storage space and a bench for the doctor’s use. The floor is covered with antibacterial and antistatic epoxy material. X-ray printers, computers, and monitors are available for analyzing x-ray results. This room is specially designed to protect against harmful radiation.

The cabinets in the mobile x-ray vehicle are securely mounted to minimize noise during movement. They feature locks to prevent caps and drawers from opening while the vehicle is in motion, and they provide ample space for storage.

The x-ray vehicle has two ladders attached outside, one of which includes a wheelchair ramp. The vehicle secures these ladders and the ramp inside when it is in motion.

The vehicle has ample space for storing necessary equipment. Additionally, there are special storage areas with shelves, locks, and sliding caps within the examination room.

Manufacturers can create mobile x-ray vehicles from box-type panel vans or containers. They prefer vehicles with a bearing capacity of more than 5 tons when using a panel van. Iveco or Mercedes can serve as the chassis for box-type vehicles. Additionally, manufacturers can produce these vehicles from 4x4s, containers, trailers, or expandable container vehicles.

The X-Ray Imaging System of The Mobile X-Ray Vehicle

There is an x-ray unit operating 32 kW – 150 kW in the system. The power of the x-ray is about 5 kW; the kV range is 100 kV. The filming time is nearly 2 seconds. It is placed in the x-ray room of the vehicle. Siemens Polydoros RF Series X-ray generators used as an x-ray generator of the vehicle. Its power range is 1Kw-500kV. It operates harmoniously with various brands of x-ray units. Also, there is an x-ray tube having 200 khu – 1250 khu operating range in the vehicle.

There are flat-panel detectors in the technical room.  Amorf silicon with TFT: CSL seztim iyodid. There is a 35 cms 190 cms wall stand having a perpendicular feature.

There is a 19 inches working station in order to manage the x-ray unit of the vehicle. It has Full Dicom3 image processing software.

The patient desk having a swimming platform looks through 4 different directions for digital systems. A desk with a lift used if requested.

There is an automatic collimator device with LEDs and a manual controlling feature belonging to the system. It can be used as being arranged for 30 seconds.

Also, a digital monitoring screen placed in the room.

There is an x-ray printer, being able to print out 35×43 cms or 24×30 cms for x-ray sheets. This device operates with the computer placed in the technical room.

The Protection System of The X-Ray

To prevent overuse and excessive strain on the x-ray system’s tube, we have installed security measures such as heat sensors and an electromagnetic brake system. Additionally, a specialized security system protects the tubes from crashes in case of an accident. An ambient dose measurement system is set up outside the x-ray room, and protective aprons are available for all employees. The mobile x-ray vehicle adheres to the European Union’s radiation safety requirements for medical fields and complies with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. A protective layer against ionizing radiation and radioactive contamination covers the x-ray room walls. For detailed pictures, drawings, and material lists, please contact us.
