Mobile laboratory vehicle

Mobile Laboratory is manufactured in the box of the vehicle from sandwich panels. Internal and external panel sheet metals of the vehicle are produced from stainless steel.

It is painted the external surface with an electrostatic color.

The ceiling, floor, and the walls are covered with fiberglass that has a 30mms thickness, which provides sound and heat insulation.

The internal surface of the mobile laboratory is coated with the fiberglass material, having 12mms thickness.

It is used marine plywood material in order to cover the ceiling.

The whole doors are open through the outside.

There are waterproof suppositories situated on the borders of the external doors in order to defend them.

An awning, having almost 3 meters width and commanded by a controller, is settled into the right side of the vehicle provided that looking into the vehicle from the backside.

The electrical system of the vehicle

It is placed that a chemical toilet, hot-cold water, generator, ups, air-conditioner, heater oxygen and nitrogen, a vehicle insurance box and an electricity box into the cabin. That cabin located on the back of the drivers’ part.

Drainpipes are manufactured from PVC material.

It is placed a 5kwa generator with gasoline in the mobile laboratory vehicle.

The vehicle consists of three foremost components that are greeting and registration room, laboratory, and technical room. There are doors with air curtains positioned on the transition areas between the parts.

Mobile Laboratory greeting and registration room

It is the room where patients wait and guided, located on the rear part of the vehicle. A computer, LCD registration equipment, seats, waiting boards, and a blood-letting seat that works partly automatically placed into the registration and greeting room. Moreover, there is an entirely closed curtain located around of the blood-letting seat. There is a chemical toilet placed in the left rear part of the room. In addition, there is are a sink and a disinfectant unit next to the toilet.

Mobile Laboratory Room

That room is located in the middle of the vehicle. The room is fulfilled with sterilization and ingredients of a chemistry laboratory and also with the units that are essential for microbiology and toxicology. There is an air-conditioner, having split feature, in the laboratory area.

The cabinets used in the room are coated with PVC; in addition, they are antibacterial and can be easily cleaned. Moreover, it is placed a centrifuge, microscope, and blood-letting cabinets, having a 220v and 12v output and an oxygen output inside them, in the room.

Wreckers with diesel motor of Mercedes or Ford brands can be used as a wrecker of the vehicle. It can be changed depends on the customers’ reservations.
