Production and delivery of 30 emergency ambulance within 30 days

We have completed 30 quantity of emergency ambulance project with our settled solution partner in Albania Tiran. The main receiver of the ambulances was the Albania ministry of health. The production of the ambulance conversion kit was concluded in 12 days in Turkey and then forwarded to Albania within two days. We have transferred the kits to our factory in Albania in 2 weeks including the 1-day clearance process. It took 30 weekdays to complete manufacturing the ambulances. We constructed 7 job stations in our factory located in Albania to manufacture ambulances. A technician was instituted for each of the stations and they labored 80 minutes for the creation of the ambulances. We manufactured one ambulance in every 240 minutes averagely. Quality control and medical device calibration machine established as the 8th station. The ambulances which took invalidating feedback from the 8th station were converted back to the determined station to clear up the problem. Each of the delivered ambulances is manufactured emergency type and agreeable according to the en1789 ambulance norms. They contained a Progretti ambulance defibrillator and a spencer ambulance ventilator. The stretchers favored as being compatible according to EN1789 and EN13485 norms. Besides, on the purpose of facilitating to use of the stretcher, a stainless stretcher platform with double action was placed. We fancied Europen origin products for the other medical equipment. Diesel 4×2 Ford ambulances favored as the vehicle which is quite common in eastern Europe and has high resistance on rough roads.
